During his address at the Joint Action Front Symposium at the University of Ibadan, Oyo State on Saturday, Sowore said, “We keep saying that the political classes are well organised, they are not well organised at all. It is us who keep thinking they are well organised. And this is part of the myth that they use to defeat us a lot of time.”
Making reference to President Tinubu regarding the controversy surrounding his academic records, he asked, “Ask yourself if somebody is well organised, how come he cannot properly fill his INEC (Independent National Electoral Commission) form for the presidency? To put the appropriate primary school, he put nothing there. Secondary school, nothing.”He lamented that even for Tinubu’s university education, there were discrepancies in the information provided. “Is that properly organised, No. Because nobody is organised among the political class to the point that we keep repeating it. We keep lionising lazy people. “The political class in Nigeria are the laziest political class in the world to the point that their imperialist leaders or friends cannot work with them. They prefer to go to Ghana to import yam to the US for the Diaspora than to come to Nigeria because the Nigerian political class cannot export yam. You can go and find out anywhere. Is that kind of political class organised. No!” he added.
