An online portal for Nigerians to register for the N75billion survival fund for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), will be launched on Monday, September 21 by the federal government.

Abbieana Williams, 21, allegedly sent the message to her boyfriend on September 3, minutes before a fire broke out at a property in Michigan, the US, an affidavit by Lansing Police Detective Teresa Mironiuk claims.
