Nollywood actress and filmmaker, Mary Remmy Njoku are quite ecstatic after being recognized by the prestigious American magazine, Forbes.
Forbes released its yearly list of the 50 most influential women in Africa. The list compromises women from different sectors and industries. From the world of business to media, health, politics and more. Gracing the magazine this year are Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Chimamanda Adichie, Mo Abudu, Chioma Ude, Bolanle Austen Peters, Mary Remmy Njoku and more. Mary Njoku, who couldn’t believe she made it to the prestigious magazine, took to her Instagram page to express gratitude to her husband. An excited Mary noted how she was only a Mile2-born Nnsukka girl before becoming a power figure.
Mary Njoku appreciated her husband, who she described as her ‘Halo’.
