Lagos state govt discovers '86 rooms' under the bridge where tenants paid N250,000 a year as rent

The Lagos state Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, says the state government has uncovered 86 partitioned rooms, sized 10×10 and 12×10, under the Dolphin Estate Bridge, Ikoyi, on Lagos Island where the ‘’tenants' are made to pay as much as N250, 000 per annum as rent.
