Dumebi Kachikwu says it’s illogical for anyone to want to frustrate Dangote Refinery, especially during an FX crisis. Presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the 2023 general elections, Dumebi Kachikwu, has said that there is no sabotage against the Dangote Refinery but rather, Aliko Dangote has just stepped into an industry where there are bigger players, different from his when he had a monopoly or was part of a duopoly in Nigeria’s food and cement sectors.
