Nigeria's Minister of Health, Osagie Ehanire has revealed that the plant extract in Madagascar’s herbal drug for Coronavirus, grows in the country. Speaking at the daily briefing of the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on Monday, May 11, the Minister said Nigeria's consignment of the herbal drug which is currently in transit will be subjected to analysis by the National Institute for Pharmaceutical Research and Development (NIPRD) to determine its efficacy and safety before use.
